Questions and answers

Which plans include commercial features?

Every Property add-on: S, M and L.

How is turnover rent calculated?

Tenants report their sales (in the portal or to your staff); Sijilna applies the lease’s percentage and invoices any amount above the base rent.

How does the VAT apportionment work?

For buildings with both residential and commercial units, the worksheet splits input VAT on shared costs between taxable and exempt use, for your adviser to review.
