Questions and answers
Does Sijilna connect directly to my bank?
Not yet. Today you download the statement from your online banking and import it; it takes a minute. Direct bank feeds will come where UAE banks offer them.
Which statement formats can I import?
CSV and Excel files (you match the columns once per bank), OFX and CAMT.
Why does my cash position differ from the bank balance?
The cash position adds payments you have recorded but the bank has not shown yet, so you see what is really available. Post-dated cheques are kept apart until they clear.
