Questions and answers
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes. Starter is AED 690 a year, Plus AED 960 and Premium AED 2,400: two months free or more.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need. Every plan has unlimited users.
What are add-ons?
Extras you switch on for your business on top of your plan, such as the post-dated cheque register or the template designer, monthly or yearly. Write to [email protected] to add one; online card payment is coming soon.
Is there a discount for more than one company?
Yes. Each company has its own plan, and every additional company in the same group gets 20% off its plan.
What if I need more bill scans or custom fields?
Move to the next plan. Enterprise has no limit.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep all your data. Choose a plan or write to [email protected] and we activate your plan and send your invoice. Online card payment is coming soon.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Your data always stays.
Does my e-invoicing provider charge separately?
Yes. The Accredited Service Provider you appoint charges its own fees; they are not part of Sijilna’s price. Above your plan’s monthly e-invoices, prepaid e-invoice packs are available.
