Getting started
What is Sijilna?
Online accounting software for small and medium businesses in the UAE and the GCC: invoicing, purchases, banking, VAT, reports, payroll with WPS and inventory, in Arabic and English. Sijilna is made by Pandoratech.
How do I start?
Choose a Client ID for your business at app.sijilna.com/signup, confirm your e-mail with a code, and your business is ready in about a minute with a chart of accounts for your industry.
What is the Client ID?
A short name for your business, for example alnoor-trading. Your team signs in at app.sijilna.com/your-client-id.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Try the demo: a sample trading company with a year of data, reset every night.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. Import customers, suppliers, items and opening balances from Excel or CSV. For larger moves, Enterprise includes help from our team.
Plans and payment
How much does it cost?
Starter AED 69 a month, Plus AED 99, Premium AED 249, with unlimited users on every plan. Yearly: AED 690, 960 and 2,400. Add-ons such as the post-dated cheque register or property management are extra. See pricing.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need: every plan has unlimited users.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial includes every Premium feature and needs no payment card.
How do I pay?
At the end of the trial we activate your plan and send an invoice; online card payment is coming soon. Write to [email protected].
Tax and compliance
Is Sijilna ready for UAE VAT?
Yes. Tax invoices carry your TRN, every VAT treatment is supported, and the VAT return follows the VAT 201 layout with drill-down to documents. You or your tax agent file it on the FTA portal.
Is Sijilna an e-invoicing Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?
No. Sijilna is accounting software. Only providers appointed under the UAE eInvoicing Programme may validate and transmit e-invoices. You appoint your ASP; Sijilna prepares the invoice data and sends it to them.
Does Sijilna handle WPS payroll?
Yes, on Premium: pay runs, payslips and the WPS salary information file (SIF) for your bank or exchange house.
Is Sijilna a tax agent or an auditor?
No. Sijilna is software. Tax filing and advice stay with you, your accountant or your registered tax agent.
Security and data
Where is my data stored?
Each business has its own database on Sijilna’s servers in Germany, replicated to a standby server in a second German data centre, with nightly backups stored encrypted with Amazon Web Services. See the privacy policy.
Who can see my data?
Only the users you add, with the role you give them. Our support team accesses a business only to help when you ask.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports and lists export to Excel and PDF, and the owner can ask us for a full export of the business at any time.
Is two-step sign-in available?
Yes. Every user can turn on authenticator codes.
